Our Vision: We believe every person should have the ability to feel comfortable being oneself in organized sports. Our league will value each player for who they are and what one brings to the league’s community. We also believe organized communities have the ability and responsibly to support others in need.
Our Mission: To provide an inclusive, low-cost, high FUN darts league that is managed as a non-profit with a philanthropic heart.
Each team will be competing on behalf of a charity of their choice.

Saturday Meet-Up: National Arboretum
We’re out there yapping!
Dear Bruce Majors and Unknown,
We’ll meet in the parking lot by the R St (NE) entrance of the National Arboretum at 1:00 p.m. EST. This is the lot by R Street and Hickey Lane. We’ll wait there for 10-15 minutes for folks to show up, and then walk around the grounds of the National Arboretum. 2371 R Street Northeast, Washington, District of Columbia is a residential address right near the entrance in question. Here is the meeting location on Google Maps.
As usual, we will wait there for 10-15 minutes for folks to show up, and then explore the Arboretum. For additional information on the National Arboretum, check out the USDA’s website on the National Arboretum here. Look for two Manchester Terriers (black and tan) and their owner Rusty. If you are running late, but still trying to meet-up you can call or text Rusty at 202-210-2412.
Tomorrow is supposed to be in the mid-90s so plan accordingly! If you decide to come out, please bring a lot of water for your dog(s). The National Arboretum offers plenty of shaded areas to escape the sun, but with this muggy heat sometimes staying in the shade brings little relief. Hopefully we will be able to find areas of the Arboretum with access to the Anacostia River to let the little ones take a dip!
Please check out the calendar of upcoming events on the website! Not only are we planning on continuing the Saturday park walks on a weekly basis, but also we are planning to expand a little bit into events on other days of the week and at other times to provide members with more flexibility! If you have additional event ideas, please let Val or Rusty know.

Update Your Membership Information
If the salutation of this message reads “Dear [Your name] and Unknown“, this means that your user information needs to be updated to include the names and birthdays of your dogs. Please take the time to update your contact information if you have not done so already!
We are planning to expand the Doggy Profiles with a questionnaire for members to fill-out. The idea is to have an occasional dog featured on the website and in a newsletter similar to the MetroWeekly’s Cover Boy. Please be on the look out for that in the coming months!
If you have not done so already, please like us on Facebook.
